We were very excited to upgrade our weather graphics, which hadn't been updated in 10 years or more. It was long overdue. We shopped around and chose to work with Ed. He was highly recommended by our client and also was very reasonably priced. We also had a hunch that Ed would be easy to work with and we were right. Our vision was a bit open-ended as we are not graphic designers. We had a few ideas, but really wanted some direction. Ed got it right away. His first mock-ups were nearly perfect and we knew we'd be in good hands. Throughout the process, we had various ideas pop up in our minds, which we'd send off to Ed. He was happy to incorporate them. Additionally, if we had any feedback or adjustments needed, he was happy to address them. We have enjoyed working with him.
